We Bridge the Gap
60% of the workforce is female. However, most females lack access to executive-level positions and fair compensation.
GBC aims to put an end to gender inequality in the workplace. The GBC team works to increase companies’ commitment to gender equality by educating corporations on the benefits of women in leadership positions and encouraging new policies that promote equality in the workplace. Our Student leaders guide organizations as they integrate women into new roles and implement equal pay and women in leadership programs.
On campus, GBC organizes campus events that educate students on the benefits of gender equality in a professional setting. Student leaders collaborate with local businesses to improve gender-related policies and practices in order to achieve equality and increased level of productivity and success.
